PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING MAESTRO FLOORING. USE OF MAESTRO FLOORING CONFIRMS YOU ACCEPTED THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITION. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE CAN DENY THE USE OF MAESTROFLOORING.

Measurement/Quantity

You are responsible for all measurement quantities of the material. Maestro flooring reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of any product or of any purchase.

Delivery

All delivery dates are estimates and the installation of any product should not be arranged until you receive the product. The products you purchase may weigh a ton. You are solely responsible for determining an adequate place to store the product as it acclimates to the precise environment before installation. The customer is SOLELY responsible for securing of merchandise and ensuring it is properly loaded and/or secured prior to leaving the premises. Maestro Flooring is not responsible for damages occurring to vehicles while loading.

Material inspection/Installation

You are responsible for final inspection as to grade, color, finish, defects and other quality issues. If dissatisfied, DO NOT INSTALL. Flooring must be fully acclimated to environmental conditions in installation area prior to installation. You are solely responsible for following installation instructions, checking moisture levels in product and subfloor, and ensuring that the product purchased is appropriate for its intended application and job site conditions prior to installing. A licensed, professional flooring installer is recommended. Maestro flooring is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Verify that the subfloor is clean, dry, flat and structurally sound per industry standards. You are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the use of Maestro flooring products.

Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. Open boxes are limited to 1 box ONLY. MUST check items before signing for FedEx drop-offs. No returns or exchanges on special or custom orders, close-outs & nonstick material. No returns on cash orders only credit card charges. Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. A valid photo ID is required. Information from the ID will be recorded at the time of the return.
